- BASED ON DECREE NO. 81/CP OF NOVEMBER 8, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION;
- BASED ON JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 28/1998/TTLB/VHTT-TDTT–TCCP OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION, THE SPORTS COMMITTEE, AND THE CIVIL SERVICE ORGANIZATION BOARD ON JANUARY 13, 1998 GUIDING THE ORGANIZATION OF CULTURAL INFORMATION AND SPORTS AT LOCAL LEVELS;
- BASED ON REQUIREMENTS AND PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES OF CULTURAL INFORMATION AT THE PROVINCIAL AND CITY LEVELS;
- CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE LOCAL CULTURAL INFORMATION CIRCULATION DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. ISSUES THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF PROVINCIAL AND CITY CULTURAL INFORMATION CENTERS UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE STATE, REPLACING REGULATION NO. 110/VHTC OF FEBRUARY 10, 1990 ON "THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF PROVINCIAL AND CITY CULTURAL HOUSES".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature..
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE LOCAL CULTURAL INFORMATION CIRCULATION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PROVINCIAL AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION, THE DIRECTOR OF PROVINCIAL AND CITY CULTURAL INFORMATION CENTERS, AND THE HEADS OF OTHER RELATED AGENCIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
