THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cultural and Information Agency;

Article 1: The Exhibition Activity Regulations are hereby promulgated along with this Decision.
Article 2: The Exhibition Activity Regulations issued together with this Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3: The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Cultural and Information Agency, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Culture and Information, and the Directors of Provincial and Municipal Departments of Culture and Information directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing and guiding and supervising the implementation of these Regulations issued together with this Decision.
