Regarding the abolition of legal normative documents
of the Ministry of Science and Technology
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Director of the Legal Department, and the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Decision No. 27/2004/QĐ-BKHCN dated September 6, 2004 regarding the functions and tasks of the Working Group for the Overall Project Steering Committee "Application and Development of Open Source Software in Vietnam during the Period 2004-2008" issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology is hereby abolished.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Director of the Legal Department, the Heads of relevant units, and the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology are responsible for implementing this decision./.
