THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated December 6, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 185/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 10, 2003 of the Prime Minister abolishing regulations of the Prime Minister regarding the reissuance and reinvestment from state budget revenues from fiscal year 2004.
At the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department and the Director of the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish certain points in 13 legal normative documents and 2 circulars issued by the Ministry of Finance that have ceased to be effective since January 1, 2004 according to Decision No. 185/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 10, 2003 of the Prime Minister abolishing regulations of the Prime Minister regarding the reissuance and reinvestment from state budget revenues from fiscal year 2004 (annexed list).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision.
