DECREE
Regarding the establishment of Hoang Mai town under Quynh Luu district,
Nghe An province

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the People's Committee of Nghe An province,
DECREE:
Article 1. Establish Hoang Mai town under Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province based on the entire natural area and population of Quynh Thien commune.
Hoang Mai town has 1,160 hectares of natural area and 8,698 inhabitants.
The administrative boundary of Hoang Mai town: East borders Quynh Loc and Quynh Di communes; West borders Quynh Vinh commune; South borders Mai Hung commune; North borders Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Minister of Home Affairs, the People's Committee of Nghe An province, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
