ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF SECURITY FORCES WITHIN THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM SYSTEM

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM 1997; THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM 2003;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 86/2002/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 5, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 73/2001/NĐ-CP OF OCTOBER 5, 2001 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE OPERATIONS AND ORGANIZATION OF SECURITY FORCES IN AGENCIES AND ENTERPRISES;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE "REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF SECURITY FORCES WITHIN THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM SYSTEM".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECISION NO. 249/NH-QĐ OF DECEMBER 27, 1993 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ISSUING THE "REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF BANK SECURITY FORCES".
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
