DECISION
To promulgate the framework program for intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level in the profession of "Computer Repair"
MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework programs for intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level;
Considering the proposal of the Evaluation Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level in the profession of "Computer Repair";
At the request of the Director General of the Vocational Education Administration,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate the attached Ministry's framework programs for intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level for the following profession: "Computer Repair".
Based on these framework programs, the Principals of colleges and technical schools, secondary specialized schools, colleges, and universities registered to conduct intermediate and higher college vocational education shall determine, review, and approve their own vocational training curricula.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from its date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, provincial and municipal People's Committees, the Vocational Education Administration, colleges and technical schools, secondary specialized schools, colleges, and universities registered to conduct intermediate and higher college vocational education in the profession of "Computer Repair" and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
