THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Inspection Law on June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2007/ND-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on inspectors and cooperating inspectors;
Pursuant to Circular No. 2313/2007/TT-TTCP of the Government Inspectorate on the management and use of inspection cards;
Upon the proposal of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Finance.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Model Inspection Card and the management and use of inspection cards under the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, and the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
