CIRCULAR
Issuing the National Technical Regulations on State Reserve for Fire Pumping Water Pumps
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on the National Reserve Law;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 detailing the implementation of the National Reserve Ordinance;
The Minister of Finance promulgates this Circular amending and supplementing Clause 1, Article 15 and the attached forms of Circular No. 86/2013/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance concerning the application of preferential treatment regimes in customs administration for enterprises meeting the required conditions as follows:
Article 1. The National Technical Regulations on State Reserve for Fire Pumping Water Pumps are issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect six months from the date of issuance and shall replace TCN 10: 2007 issued together with Decision No. 38/2007/QĐ-BTC dated May 21, 2007 of the Minister of Finance.
Article 3. The Director of the State Reserve Agency, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the management, import, export, and storage of fire pumping water pumps are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for study, amendment, and supplementation.
