ISSUING NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
WHEREAS, the Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
WHEREAS, the Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS ONE (01) NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATION:
QCVN 30: 2010/BTNMT - NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON INDUSTRIAL WASTE INCINERATION EMISSIONS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 15, 2011.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENTS, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
