ISSUING THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING IN VIETNAM"

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP, SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008;

Pursuant to the Seed Law No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING IN VIETNAM.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING IN VIETNAM", INCLUDING: FOUR COFFEE VARIETIES; ONE MAIZE HYBRID VARIETY AND TWO ADZUKI MAIZE HYBRID VARIETIES (ANNEX ATTACHED).

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FORTY-FIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
