CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on Testing and Certification of Livestock Breeds and Animal Feed
Cognizant of Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on the management of animal feed;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Livestock Breed Law dated March 24, 2004;
Cognizant of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, and the Director of the Livestock Production Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby promulgates four National Technical Regulations on Testing and Certification of Livestock Breeds and Animal Feed.
Attached to this Circular are four National Technical Regulations:
Article 1. 1. National Technical Regulation on Testing and Certification of Honeybee Breeds. Code: QCVN 01 - 101: 2012/BNNPTNT
2. National Technical Regulation on Testing and Certification of Ostrich Breeds. Code: QCVN 01 - 102: 2012/BNNPTNT
3. National Technical Regulation on Testing and Certification of Animal Feed for Chickens. Code: QCVN 01 - 103: 2012/BNNPTNT
4. National Technical Regulation on Testing and Certification of Animal Feed for Pigs. Code: QCVN 01 - 104: 2012/BNNPTNT
The Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, and the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, and the heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for organizing the implementation.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
