Article 2. THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY FOR WELDING WORK SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 25, 2014.

Article 3. MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AGENCIES, GOVERNMENT BODIES, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
