DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN
OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 41/SL DATED MARCH 22, 1950
CHAIRMAN OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 75-SL dated May 29, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the decree dated June 7, 1946 appointing Mr. Do Trong Kim as Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 142-SL dated March 2, 1948 appointing Mr. Do Van Thao as Director of Affairs at the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;
After approval by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: The following are hereby appointed to the positions of:
Mr. Nguyen Lam as Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance,
Mr. Do Trong Kim as Deputy Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance,
Mr. Do Van Thao as Deputy Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2: The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
