REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF STAFF TO WORK IN THE REPUBLIC OF FRANCE

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP OF MARCH 2, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING MISSIONS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION BY MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Based on the invitation letter dated January 4, 1995 from the Embassy of the French Republic in Hanoi;

At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre Organization Department and Training;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: Assign Comrade Nguyen Thuy Vinh, staff member of the International Aid Management and Reception Board under the Ministry of Finance, concurrently as secretary for the Vietnam-France Financial Project to work in the French Republic according to the following two items:

1. From January 27 to February 27, attend a training course for interpreters.

2. From February 27 to March 30, 1995, serve as interpreter for the State-Owned Enterprise Management Research Team of the project.

Article 2This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Directors of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the Head of the International Aid Management and Reception Board, the Director of the Vietnam-France Financial Project, the Chief of the Ministry's Office, and Comrade Nguyen Thuy Vinh are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
