Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 137/2006/ND-CP dated November 14, 2006 of the Government, stipulating the management of state assets at administrative agencies, public institutions, and state-owned property rights;
Pursuant to Circular No. 35/2007/TT-BTC dated April 10, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 137/2006/ND-CP dated November 14, 2006 of the Government;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Information Technology and Financial Statistics, and the Director of the Department of State Asset Management,
DECISION:
Article 1. Implementing the State Asset Registration Management Program Version 1.0 at ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, government agencies, other central-level agencies, provinces, and centrally-administered municipalities (through provincial finance departments) for registering the management and use of state assets according to Decree No. 137/2006/ND-CP dated November 14, 2006 and Circular No. 35/2007/TT-BTC dated April 10, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 137/2006/ND-CP dated November 14, 2006 of the Government.
- Implementation date: From March 2, 2009.

Article 2. The Department of Information Technology and Financial Statistics and the Department of State Asset Management shall be responsible for guiding ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, government agencies, other central-level agencies, provincial people's committees on using the program to serve the registration and management of state assets.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. Ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, government agencies, other central-level agencies, provincial people's committees shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decision.
