THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to Decree No. 93/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 22, 2008, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2007 of the Government on the application of information technology in state agency activities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2011/ND-CP dated June 13, 2011 of the Government on providing information and online public services on electronic information websites or government portals;

Pursuant to Decision No. 4146/QD-BTP dated October 24, 2011 of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Operation Regulations of the Ministry of Justice's Electronic Information Portal;

Upon consideration of the proposal of the Director of the Organization and Cadres Department and the Director of the Information Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Editorial Board of the Ministry of Justice's Electronic Information Portal (hereinafter referred to as the Editorial Board) shall be established with the following members:

1. Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Director of the Information Technology Department - Chairman;

2. Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung, Deputy Director of the Information Technology Department - Vice Chairman in charge;

3. Ms. Pham Thi Hoa, Deputy Director of the Legal Propaganda and Education Department - Vice Chairman;

4. Mr. Tran Tien Dung, Deputy Head of the Ministry's Office - Member;

5. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Deputy Director of the Civil Enforcement General Department - Member;

6. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hao, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Department - Member;

7. Mr. Nguyen Van Bon, Deputy Director of the Judicial Assistance Department - Member;

8. Ms. Le Hai Yen, Deputy Director of the Planning and Finance Department - Member;

9. Ms. Tran Thi Huong Mai, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Law Newspaper - Member.

Article 2. The functions, tasks, and authorities of the Editorial Board shall be stipulated by the Minister of Justice.

Article 3. Members of the Editorial Board shall work on a part-time basis and shall be entitled to part-time allowances as prescribed.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 2454/QD-BTP dated November 2, 2006 on the establishment of the Editorial Board of the Ministry of Justice's Electronic Information Portal.

Article 5. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Organization and Cadres Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Justice, the Directors of Civil Enforcement Cadastral Departments of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the persons named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
