THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to Decree No. 93/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2007 of the Government on the application of information technology in the activities of state agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2011/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2011 of the Government stipulating the provision of information and online public services on electronic information websites or portals of state agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 4146/QĐ-BTP dated October 24, 2011 of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Rules on the Operation of the Ministry of Justice's Electronic Information Portal;
Considering the proposal of the Editorial Board Chair,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby attaches the Rules on the Operation of the Editorial Board of the Ministry of Justice's Electronic Information Portal.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Members of the Editorial Board, Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, Directors of Provincial Departments of Justice, and Directors of Civil Execution Bureaus of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
