Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 224/TTg dated May 24, 1976 of the Government Chairman on postgraduate education;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 3050/SĐH dated May 13, 1996, and the proposal of the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment in Document No. 1225/TCCBKH dated May 28, 1996,
DECISION:
Article 1.-Assigning postgraduate training tasks to the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture.
Article 2.-The Ministry of Education and Training, together with the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment, shall define the postgraduate training majors for the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture.
ARTICLE 3.This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 4.-The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment, the Minister of Planning and Investment, the Minister of Finance, and the Ministers of other ministries, the heads of ministerial-level agencies, and the agencies under the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
