PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 158/2008/QD-TTg dated December 2, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the National Target Program on Responding to Climate Change;
Pursuant to Decision No. 34/2007/QĐ-TTg dated March 12, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on the establishment, organization, and operation of inter-ministerial coordination organizations;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operational Regulations of the National Steering Committee for the National Target Program on Responding to Climate Change are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
The Chairman of the National Steering Committee for the National Target Program on Responding to Climate Change, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
