Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Decision of the Government Chairman No. 138/TTg dated March 7, 1996 on renaming and supplementing the tasks of the Steering Committee for the Rural Clean Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Program;
Considering the proposal of the Minister, Head of the National Steering Committee for clean water supply and environmental sanitation (document No. 230/BCĐ-VP dated April 20, 1996),
DECISION:
Article 1. - Supplement the following comrades to serve as members concurrently on the National Steering Committee for the clean water supply and environmental sanitation program;

2- Mr. Tao Huu Phung, Deputy Minister of Finance,
