Basis Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992, Law on Cooperatives dated March 20, 1991,

Căn cứ Pháp lệnh Ngân hàng, hợp tác xã tín dụng, công ty tài chính,996,

ON THE BASIS OF credit cooperatives and finance companies, Banking Law, credit cooperative law, and finance company law, the State Bank shall direct the heads of ministries, directors of ministerial-level agencies and government-affiliated agencies, chairpersons of provincial people's committees directly under the central government, and the chairman of the Vietnam Federation of Trade Unions within their respective authority and responsibilities to organize and implement this Decree.

At the proposal of the Governor of the State Bank, directing The State Bank,

DECREE:

Article 1. Issuing with this Decree is the Model Cooperative Credit Fund Charter.

Article 2. The Governor of the State Bank shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Model Charter.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Cooperatives within their respective authority and responsibilities shall organize the implementation of this Decree. heads of ministries, directors of ministerial-level agencies and government agencies, chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct control of the central government, and the Chairman of the Vietnam Federation of Trade Unions within their respective authority and responsibilities shall organize the implementation of this Decree.

Article 4.- This Decree takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Any previous provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished./.
