DECREE
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DISTRICT TOWN OF GIA LUONG DISTRICT, BAC NINH PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization, dated September 30, 1992;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BAC NINH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE MARKET TOWN THUA, THE DISTRICT TOWN OF GIA LUONG DISTRICT IS ESTABLISHED ON THE ENTIRE AREA AND POPULATION OF PHA LANG COMMUNE, SAME DISTRICT.
MARKET TOWN THUA HAS AN AREA OF 691 HA AND A POPULATION OF 9,176.
THE BOUNDARIES OF MARKET TOWN THUA: EAST ADJACENT TO PHU HOA COMMUNE AND TRUNG XA COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO BINH DINH COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO TRUNG CHINH COMMUNE AND PHU LUONG COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO QUYNH PHU COMMUNE AND TAN LANG COMMUNE.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BAC NINH PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
