THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam General Construction Corporation (Proposal No. 15/TT-HĐQT dated June 23, 2000);
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the Central Branch of the Chemical Construction Company under the Chemical Construction Company to become the Central Branch of Vietnam General Construction Corporation.
The Central Branch of Vietnam General Construction Corporation is a dependent accounting unit of the Corporation, having partial legal personality, with its own seal and bank account;
- International trade name: Branch the Middle of VINAINCON
- Main office located at No. 324 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Da Nang City.
Article 2. Business activities of the Branch:
- Construction, installation, repair of industrial, civil, and public works; transportation, water conservancy, postal works; infrastructure projects;
- Installation of power transmission lines and substations up to 35 kV;
- Processing, manufacturing of steel structures, non-standard equipment, and mechanical products for construction projects;
- Trading in construction equipment, materials, cargo transport; hotel and tourism operations;
- Performing other tasks delegated by the Corporation.
Article 3. The Central Branch of Vietnam General Construction Corporation shall be responsible for completing all business registration procedures and operating according to the Branch Charter approved by the Board of Directors of Vietnam General Construction Corporation and other relevant laws.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Vietnam General Construction Corporation, Directors of the Chemical Construction Company, Directors of the Central Branch of the Chemical Construction Company, and Director of the Central Branch of Vietnam General Construction Corporation shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
