DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Regarding the issuance of Regulations on forms, recipients, and criteria for Commendation Certificates,
Flags of Excellence of the Ministry of Education and Training, Flags of Excellence of the Government
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 56/1998/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 1998 of the Government on forms, recipients, and criteria for commendations;
Pursuant to Circular No. 14/1999/TT-BGD&ĐT dated March 22, 1999 of the Ministry of Education and Training guiding the implementation of Decree No. 56/1998/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 1998 of the Government;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office,
DECISION:
Article 1: Attached hereto is the Regulation on forms, recipients, and criteria for Commendation Certificates, Flags of Excellence of the Ministry of Education and Training, and Flags of Excellence of the Government.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3: The Directors of the Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Principals of schools, Directors of education centers, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
