THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, and Article 59 of the Law on Elections of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province at Document No. 21/TT-UB dated April 3, 2002, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government at Report No. 96/TTr-BTCCBCP dated April 8, 2002,
DECREE:
Clause 4 of Article 6Approving the election of three (3) additional provincial People's Council deputies for the 1999-2004 term elected from Electoral Unit No. 1, Electoral Unit No. 5 in Binh Long District, and Electoral Unit No. 14 in Phuoc Long District, Binh Phuoc Province.
