Approving the electoral units and the number of additional provincial People's Council representatives for the 1999-2004 term in Binh Phuoc Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, and Article 59 of the Law on Elections of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province at Document No. 21/TT-UB dated April 3, 2002, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government at Report No. 96/TTr-BTCCBCP dated April 8, 2002,
DECREE:
Clause 4 of Article 6Approving the election of three (3) additional provincial People's Council deputies for the 1999-2004 term elected from Electoral Unit No. 1, Electoral Unit No. 5 in Binh Long District, and Electoral Unit No. 14 in Phuoc Long District, Binh Phuoc Province.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Chairperson of the Provincial People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
