Regarding the assignment of doctoral training tasks to Thai Nguyen University
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 31/CP dated April 4, 1994 of the Government on the establishment of Thai Nguyen University;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 1771/DH&SDH dated March 11, 2004,

Article 1. Assigns the task of training doctoral level to Thai Nguyen University; the Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and specify the specific fields of training.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial people's committees under the central government, and the Rector of Thai Nguyen University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
