THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 153/2004/ND-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the management organization of state-owned corporations and the transformation of state-owned corporations and independent state-owned companies into the holding company-subcompany model;
Pursuant to Decision No. 127/2006/QD-TTg dated May 31, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the Project to transfer Vietnam Electric Equipment Corporation to operate and function according to the holding company-subcompany model and pilot the Board of Directors of the Corporation signing contracts with the General Director;
Pursuant to Decision No. 27/2006/QD-BCT dated August 2, 2006 of the Minister of Industry establishing the Holding Company - Vietnam Electric Equipment Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electric Equipment Corporation (Letter No. 04/TT-HĐQT dated October 24, 2006) and the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision approves the Charter on organization and operation of Vietnam Electric Equipment Corporation under the holding company-subcompany model attached hereto.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Department Directors, Bureau Chiefs under the Ministry, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electric Equipment Corporation, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
