Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;
DECISION:
Article 1. SUPPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING ANIMAL BREEDS INTO SECTION 2 OF THE LIST OF PERMITTED ANIMAL BREEDS FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE ISSUED ALONG WITH DECISION NO. 67/2005/QĐ-BNN DATED OCTOBER 31, 2005:
"2.1. CHICKEN BREED: GRI-MAUD COLOR CHICKEN BREED INCLUDING 3 LINES: L11, GF24, GF26.
2.2. DUCK BREED: M14 MEAT DUCK BREED, STAR13 EGG-LAYING DUCK BREED."
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL RAISING CROP, DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE PROVINCES AND DIRECTLY-GOVERNED CITIES, AND HEADS OF RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
