Issuing Regulations on Joint Training Programsfor Intermediate Vocational, College, and University Levels

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education and the Director of the Department of Higher Education.

DECISION:

Article 1. These Regulations on Joint Training Programs for Intermediate Vocational, College, and University Levels are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations on joint training programs that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Department of Higher Education, Department of Vocational Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Directors of provincial education and training departments, Heads of educational institution management agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of universities and academies, Principals of intermediate vocational schools, colleges, and universities; Directors of continuing education centers are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
