Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;
Pursuant to Decree No. 135/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on Inspection and Handling of Normative Legal Documents;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision issues Regulations on Inspection and Handling of Normative Legal Documents Containing Content Belonging to State Secrets.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from May 1, 2009.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Chairpersons of People's Councils, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
