CIRCULAR
Extending the application of Automatic Import Permits for certain steel products
as stipulated in Circular No. 22/2010/TT-BCT May 20, 2010 and
Circular No. 31/2010/TT-BCT dated July 27, 2010 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade

Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency purchase, sale, processing, and transit of goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to Decision No. 41/2005/QD-TTg dated March 2, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Import Permit Issuance Regulation;
The Minister of Industry and Trade extends the application of Automatic Import Permits for certain steel products as follows:
Article 1. Content of Extension
The extension of the application of Automatic Import Permits for certain steel products as prescribed in Circular No. 22/2010/TT-BCT dated May 20, 2010 and Circular No. 31/2010/TT-BCT dated July 27, 2010 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2011 until December 31, 2011./.
