CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the Director General of the Environment Administration, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. This Circular promulgates three (03) National Environmental Technical Regulations:
1. QCVN: 34:2010/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial oil refining exhaust emissions for dust and inorganic substances.
2. QCVN: 35:2010/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on offshore oil and gas field exploitation discharge water.
3. QCVN: 36:2010/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on offshore oil and gas field exploitation discharge drilling fluid and cuttings.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2011.
Article 3. The Director General of the Environment Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
