ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SAFETY IN WORK FOR HYDRAULIC ELEVATORS

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 132/2008/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 31, 2008 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON PRODUCT QUALITY.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health,
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs hereby promulgates:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SAFETY IN WORK FOR HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR HOISTS.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 18:2013/BLDTBXH.
Article 2. THESE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SAFETY IN WORK FOR HYDRAULIC ELEVATORS SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 28, 2014.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and organizations and individuals related thereto shall be responsible for implementation./.
