Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on feed management for animal husbandry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the Supplementary List of Chemicals and Antibiotics Prohibited for Importation, Production, Trading, and Use in Livestock Feed in Vietnam.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Supplementary List of Chemicals and Antibiotics Prohibited for Importation, Production, Trading, and Use in Livestock Feed in Vietnam.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 16, 2015.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
