At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense,

Article 1. Amend Clause 1 of Article 1 of Decree No. 72/2007/QĐ-TTg dated May 23, 2007 of the Prime Minister on special allowances for certain judicial positions and inspectors in the Military
"1. Allowance rate:
a) Rate of 15%: applicable to Chief Judges, Deputy Chief Judges, Judges of military courts at all levels; Prosecutors General, Deputy Prosecutors General, Prosecutors of military prosecution offices at all levels; Chief Inspectors, Deputy Chief Inspectors, Inspectors of the Defense Inspectorate; Heads, Deputy Heads, Investigators of the Investigation Office under the Central Military Procuracy; Heads, Deputy Heads, Investigators of criminal investigation agencies, security investigation agencies at all levels; Enforcement Officers of enforcement agencies under military regions, naval forces, and the General Staff.
b) Rate of 10%: applicable to Prosecution Inspectors of military prosecution offices at all levels; Court Reviewers and Court Secretaries of military courts at all levels; Enforcement Reviewers of the Ministry of National Defense Enforcement Bureau; Enforcement Reviewers and Enforcement Secretaries of enforcement agencies under military regions, naval forces, and the General Staff."
Article 2. Effective Date
This Decision takes effect from November 25, 2016.
Special allowances stipulated in this Decision shall be enjoyed from January 1, 2016.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Minister of National Defense shall guide the implementation of this Decision.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and Heads of related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
