Issuing National Technical Regulations on the Operation and Maintenance of Urban Railways

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;ẩPursuant to the Law on Railways dated June 14, 2005;ẩPursuant to Decree No. 14/2015/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2015 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Railways; 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on RailwaysPursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;ẫAt the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director General of Vietnam Railway Administration;The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on the Operation and Maintenance of Urban Railways.Article 1. Attached to this Circular is "National Technical Regulation on the Operation and Maintenance of Urban Railways" - Number: QCVN 93:2016/BGTVT.

Article 2.This Circular takes effect from January 15, 2017.Article 3.The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments and Bureaus, Directors of Vietnam Railway Administration, and heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.THE MINISTER(Signature)Truong Quang Nghiaẩtechnology;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on national technical standards for operation and maintenance of urban rail.ắt

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the "National Technical Standard for Operation and Maintenance of Urban Railways" - Number: QCVN 93:2016/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 15, 2017.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Directors of Departments, Directors of the Railway Administration of Vietnam, Heads of agencies and organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
