Pursuant to Decree No. 81/1998/NĐ-CP dated October 1, 1998 of the Government on printing, minting, storing, transporting, and destroying paper money and metal coins; storing and transporting valuable assets and securities within the banking system;

Article 1. Repeal Clause 3, Article 12 of the Regulations on Implementing Investment, Purchasing Equipment, Materials, Raw Materials, Auxiliary Materials, and Technical Solutions Serving the Process of Printing and Minting Currency for the State Bank issued together with Decision No. 580/2002/QĐ-NHNN dated June 10, 2002 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Issuance and Treasury Department, the Director of the Office, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Director of the Administrative Management Department, the Director of the General Audit Department, heads of relevant units, and the Director of the National Printing Works shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
