REGARDING THE CHANGE OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE COUNCIL FOR ENTERPRISE REFORM
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Government Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Comrade Pham Van Tien, Minister responsible for some tasks of the Government, Deputy Head in charge of the State Council for Enterprise Reform, shall assume the position of Head of the State Council for Enterprise Reform.
Article 2. This Decision replaces the provision regarding the position of Head in Decision No. 83-TTg dated June 4, 1993 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the State Council for Enterprise Reform and shall take effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The State Council for Enterprise Reform, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Deputy Prime Ministers under the Government, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and Comrade Pham Van Tien are responsible for implementing this Decision.
