Considering the proposal of the Head of the Central Market Management Steering Board requesting permission for the Market Management Force to use two-wheeled motorcycles with engines of 175cm3 and above, the Prime Minister decides as follows:
Agreeing that the Market Management Force be permitted to register the use of two-wheeled motorcycles with engine displacement from 175cm3 or more.
The Head of the Central Market Management Steering Board shall be responsible for guiding the Market Management Force to comply with Decision 258/TTg dated May 29, 1993 of the Prime Minister on the use of two-wheeled motorcycles with engine displacement from 175cm3 and above./.
