THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50-CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of Company II Dredger (memorandum No. 200 CTTC2/TT-TCHC dated April 14, 2001) and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Renames Company II Dredger to Company Mechanized Waterworks - Investment and Construction.
Article 2. Company II Dredger shall be responsible for adjusting its business registration and obtaining a new seal in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Heads of all agencies and units under the Ministry, and the General Director of Company II Dredger are responsible for implementing this decision./.
