Regarding the adjustment of the names of two departments of the Sports Committee
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
At the proposal of the Minister and Chairman of the Sports Committee and the Minister of Home Affairs.
DECISION:
Article 1. Adjust the names of two Departments as stipulated in Points 2 and 3, Clause a, Article 3 of Decree No. 22/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Sports Committee as follows:
- In Point 2:
Change the name of the Department of Competitive Sports I to the Department of High Performance Sports I.
- In Point 3:
Change the name of the Department of Competitive Sports II to the Department of High Performance Sports II.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Minister and Chairman of the Sports Committee, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
