the Ministry of Industry that have ceased to be legally effective
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 2006;
The Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulatory Legal Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulatory Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Agency, the Director of the Crop Production Agency, the Director of the Quality, Processing, and Market Development Agency;.

Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION:
1. The List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Industry within its authority up to November 30, 2006 that have ceased to be legally effective (List I annexed hereto).
2. The List of joint circulars issued by the Ministry of Industry within its authority up to November 30, 2006 that have ceased to be legally effective (List II annexed hereto).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3The relevant ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial people's committees, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
