Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Decree dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is Industry Standard 22 TCN 355-06 "Field Wing Cutting Test Procedure".
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
