Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Law on Organ, Tissue, and Body Donation and Transplantation enacted by the National Assembly, 11th term, 10th session, No. 75/2006/QH11 dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Minutes of the Scientific Council Meeting for the Acceptance of the Technical Procedure for Living Donor Kidney Transplantation dated April 29, 2006, and the Technical Procedure for Living Donor Liver Transplantation dated November 3, 2006.
At the proposal of the Director of the Treatment Department - Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following are hereby promulgated along with this Decision:
1. The Technical Procedure for Living Donor Kidney Transplantation.
2. The Technical Procedure for Living Donor Liver Transplantation.
Article 2. The Technical Procedure for Living Donor Kidney Transplantation and the Technical Procedure for Living Donor Liver Transplantation are guiding materials on specialized technical practices to be applied in state and private healthcare facilities that meet the conditions prescribed by law.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, and Departments/Centers of the Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial Health Services, Directors of Central Ministry of Health Hospitals, and Heads of Health Services of various sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
