GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Head of the Payment Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Supplemented the bank code for Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. - Ho Chi Minh City Branch into Point 5 of Appendix No. 3 on the banking code system used in payment transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam issued together with Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect from September 28, 2006.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Payment Department, the Director of the Information Technology Department of the State Bank, Heads of units under the State Bank, Directors of the State Bank Transaction Departments, Directors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally governed cities, Chairmen of Management Councils, General Managers (Directors) of organizations providing payment services are responsible for implementing this Decision.
