WHEREAS, Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

WHEREAS, Law on Technical Standards and Regulations No. 68/2006/QH 11 dated June 29, 2006;

WHEREAS, Ordinance on Food Safety No. 12/2003/PL-UBTVQH11 dated July 26, 2003 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY PRODUCTS PROCESSING AND SALT INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT,

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION, PROCESSING AND CERTIFICATION OF SAFE TEA.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY PRODUCTS PROCESSING AND SALT INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ALL RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
