THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
BASED ON Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;
IMPLEMENTING THE GUIDANCE OF THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER AS STATED IN OFFICIAL LETTER No. 6962/VPCP-KTTH dated November 29, 2007 of the Government Office, AND AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HO CHI MINH CITY;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE COLLECTION AND USE OF FEES FOR MAINTENANCE AND REGENERATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE IN HO CHI MINH CITY INDUSTRIAL ZONES AND EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. ABOLISH THE REGULATIONS ON THE COLLECTION AND USE OF FEES FOR MAINTENANCE AND MAINTENANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE AT TAN THUAN EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE No. 139/2001/QD-BTC DATED December 19, 2001 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE; THE PILOT REGIME FOR EXPANDING THE SCOPE OF FEE COLLECTION AT INDUSTRIAL ZONES AND EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES IN HO CHI MINH CITY ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE No. 03/2003/QD-BTC DATED January 10, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE.
Article 3. HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, MANAGEMENT BOARDS OF HO CHI MINH CITY INDUSTRIAL ZONES AND EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES, HO CHI MINH CITY DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, AND DIRECTORS OF INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES IN HO CHI MINH CITY INDUSTRIAL ZONES AND EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
