DECISION

On the issuance of the National Statistical Survey Program

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Statistics Law dated November 23, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 97/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating the content and indicators of the national statistical system;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue the National Statistical Survey Program attached to this Decision.

Article 2. The Minister of Planning and Investment is responsible for guiding, urging, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of the National Statistical Survey Program and reporting to the Prime Minister on the enforcement of this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 803/QD-TTg dated June 28, 2012 of the Prime Minister approving the National Statistical Survey Program.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
